• Our resort is hidden on the fine sandy "Malatapay Beach" between coconut-trees around 30 Minutes from Dumaguete. The water is crystal clear and tropical warm. Swimming is ideal and not dangerous.
  All Bungalows (8) have big bed good for two person, an extra bed for an adult or a child can be provided, electric fan and bathroom WC/Shower with fresh water. We also have Family-Cottages, good for four person.
  From the veranda of the cottages you have the fantastic view to both sides of the Malatapay Bay and to the islands in front Apo Island and Siquijor. In the background of our Resort you see the pure nature with lush vegetation and the old volcano "Talinis" 6000 ft high. The owners Nenita and Hans with their team are attending to you. You will find a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Nenita´s talent is cooking - enjoy the fresh food in our bamboo-pavilion. We have a big variety of Asian and int. food in our menu.

• Only 100 m from our Resort you can discover the rich and beautiful underwater marine life with mask and snorkel. Corals in different colors, coral fish and sea turtle are inviting you.
  
• Every Wednesday you can enjoy the locals at the colorful "Native Malatapay Market" under the coconut trees by the sea. The potpourri of goods, animals and the friendly atmosphere will impress you.
  
• Start your day with a morning swim - only two steps from your Cottage or relax in one of our hammocks under the coconut trees and have a tropical drink.
  
• Diving:   daytrips with the outrigger boat to Apo Island, known as one of the best diving spots in the Philippines are recommended - 20 minutes boat ride. Scuba or snorkel down through crystalline water to the underwater paradise. The coral gardens are magnificent and the fishes a moving pageantry - Marine Sanctuary
  In front and at the side of our Beach Resort you can undertake interesting Diving at the House reef. Only a few minutes by car, there are also 3 Marine Sanctuaries worth diving.
  
• Let's have a ride between ricefields, little villages and the sea. Rent a motorbike to explore the beautiful landscape and coastline.
  
• Boat rides along Negros´ coastline.
  
• Let's go hiking! Explore beautiful romantic places with hidden waterfalls and Volcano lakes, Hot Spring and lush tropical vegetation...or walk kilometers along the beach...

• to the islands Bohol, Siquihor oder Cebu in only 1.5 hours hours travelling possible

• Our Resort is located 20 km south of Dumaguete and oposite Apo Island. Dumaguete is the capital of Negros Oriental, one of the provinces in the Central Visayas.
  
• Manila and Cebu City having an international airport. From Manila you can reach Dumaguete in only one hour flight. Take the domestic flight by Air Philippines or Cebu-Pacific-Air
  
• From Cebu City there is one trip a day with the Oceanjet Fastferries to Dumaguete. This trip will take you only 3.5 hours. Departure from Cebu 6.20 am. Advice the taxidriver in Cebu City to bring you to the Pier1 Oceanjet.

• When you have arrived in Dumaguete you can take a taxi or a pedicab. Tell the driver please Hans & Nenita's Resort in Malatapay.
  Very easy and cheap is also the trip by bus. Every 20 Minutes leaves a bus from the Ceres Busterminal direktion Bayawan.
